Our Process:

STEP ONE: RESERVATION 

Reach out to us via email, theflorautah@gmail.com, to reserve your date for your preservation with The FLORA. Ideally preservation begins 1-3 days after your event. We do not respond via social media comments or messages.

STEP TWO: CONSULTATION 

At this time we will discuss the number of items that you would like us to produce, possible shapes for your designs and any special requests. We will also go over instructions for shipping or delivering your flowers in person to our location in Lehi, Utah. We will review the expected timeline and our policies and procedures. At this time we will collect a 25% deposit and sign contracts for the remaining balance and agreed upon work. No work will proceed without deposit.

STEP THREE: SHIP/DROP-OFF

You will either mail your flowers via 2 day shipping to the FLORA or deliver them to our location in Lehi, UT. We will notify you when your flowers are received and begin the drying process. 

STEP FOUR: DRYING

After we receive your flowers we will start the preservation process by professionally drying your flowers. Dried flowers take 6-8 weeks to reach their best preservation potential. 

STEP FIVE: DESIGN 

After several weeks of the drying process we will send you via email with options for each design. Please respond within 72 hours with your selections. 

STEP SIX: PRODUCTION 

After you have approved your design we will begin to pour resin. This process is slow and methodical, in order to get the best preservation possible. We use 99% clear, glass like resin, with UV protection. All trays are made with food grade resin. Total time to complete preservation is 10-15 weeks.
